Which materials support surface customization?
Surface customization is available for stainless steel bottles, plastic bottles (Tritan / PP), and some glass products. Different materials support different finishing techniques, which our team will recommend based on your product design.
Can you customize surface color to match my brand?
Yes. We support Pantone color matching for surface finishes to ensure consistency with your brand. Color samples will be provided for approval before mass production.
Will the surface finish affect durability or safety?
All surface finishes are designed for daily use and food-contact safety. Coatings are tested for adhesion, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, and comply with food-contact regulations when applicable.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom surface finishes?
MOQ varies by surface treatment. Most custom finishes start from 1,000 pcs, while standard matte or powder-coated finishes may allow lower MOQs depending on the product.
