Step 1: NDA & Requirement Confirmation
Before any confidential information is shared, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
At this stage, we also confirm your basic requirements, including product type, capacity, materials, target market, and estimated order quantity.
Step 2: Design & Engineering Development
Based on your drawings or design concepts, our engineering team will create or optimize the technical drawings.
If you only have an idea, our R&D team can assist with structure design and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) optimization to ensure mass-production feasibility.
Step 3: Quotation & Payment Terms
After design confirmation, we provide a detailed quotation covering tooling costs and unit pricing.
Typical payment terms:
Tooling: 50% deposit + 50% after sample approval
Mass production: 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment
Step 4: Tooling Fabrication & Sample Approval
Tooling fabrication usually takes around 4–6 weeks.
You will receive prototype samples (T1 / T2) for testing, functional checks, and final approval before mass production begins.
Step 5: Mass Production
Once the sample is approved and deposit is received, we start mass production.
Standard production lead time is 30–45 days, depending on product complexity, order quantity, and customization level.
Step 6: Final Inspection & Global Shipping
After final payment, we arrange shipment based on your preferred logistics method.
If needed, we can handle the entire process, including inspection, export documents, and worldwide door-to-door delivery.

Who owns the mold after development?
Once the mold fee is fully paid, the mold belongs exclusively to the customer. We guarantee that custom molds will not be used for any third-party production.
